Little Fizz Music, Movement and Sensory Play Classes for ages 0-4 currently run in Cardiff and Penarth.
Classes with Liz are held on Monday in Penarth at Belle Vue Community Centre and Cafe and Tuesday morning and afternoon at Mambo’s Play Centre, Cardiff (FREE Soft Play included
Classes with Emily, Little Fizz Franchisee for North Cardiff are run every weekday morning in Llanishen, Heath,
Lisvane and Morganstown

Little Fizz is an Award Winning, exciting and engaging combination of music, movement and learning through play within a fun, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Little Fizz is inspired by the excitement and energy with which little ones approach life; a celebration that every child is unique and will learn and develop differently. The emphasis is on the physical and mental benefits of being active and on an enjoyable shared experience for parent/ carer and child. Little Fizz has lots to offer parents, carers and their little ones!
The 40m Classes are fun and lively with a variety of engaging activities, carefully designed to provide an exciting range of developmental opportunities for little ones, whilst recognizing that all children develop differently, and that they learn best whilst having fun! Activities include includes a unique combination of music, movement, imaginative play, fun with props and instruments, parachute games, storytelling, sensory play, story massage and yoga inspired movement.
Developmental areas include:
Body awareness coordination
Fine and gross motor skills
Creative development and imagination.
Language, vocabulary, communication and expression.
Early literacy and numeracy.
Confidence and self esteem.
Knowledge and understanding of the world
There are 2 age groups: Little Fizz Babies (approx 0-12/ 15 months) and Little Fizz Toddlers/ Pre-schoolers (approx ages 1-4).
These age groups are guidelines only as every child is different
Little Fizz classes have a captivating and engaging combination of original music, well known songs, movement and learning through play within a fun, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
We have an exciting new Learning Theme every half term. Little Fizz is inspired by the excitement and energy with which little ones approach life; a celebration that every child is unique and will learn and develop differently. The emphasis is on the physical and mental benefits of being active and an enjoyable shared experience for parent/ carer and child.
Classes are lively, imaginative and interactive to engage each child and to facilitate and inspire active learning and creative development. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for little ones and their parents or carers to enjoy special time together.
Due to the current Covid situation we have had to adapt some of the activities we usually offer or replace them with alternatives. The Little Fizz Team have taken a course in Infection Control for Children’s Activity Providers, which is accredited by the Children’s Activity Association. Specific policies and procedures will be put in place to comply with Government Guidelines for minimising risk of covid transmission.
Little Fizz was founded by Liz Mullen, owner of Little Fizz Preschool Classes and Party Fizz Children’s Parties and Events. Liz has run popular pre school classes and children’s parties and events in Cardiff for 15 years and has won several awards. Little Fizz is inspired by the excitement and energy with which little people approach life; a celebration that every child is unique and will learn and develop differently. The emphasis is on individual enjoyment, expression and experience and on spending special time together.
